Project Overview
The project is focused on enhancing pedestrian and bicycle access along key corridors in Clifton Park, including NY 146, NY 146A, and Vischer Ferry Road. Proposed improvements include:
- Multi-use paths
- Sidewalks
- RRFB (Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon) mid-block crossings
- Bicycle lane signage and striping
- High-visibility crosswalks
- Audible feedback pushbuttons for pedestrian signals
These upgrades aim to improve safety, accessibility, and connectivity for non-motorized users throughout the project area.
