🧭 Step-by-Step Guide to Using Citizenserve

1. Register or Log In
   • Visit: www.citizenserve.com/cliftonpark
   • First-time users: Click “My Account” > “Register Now” and follow the instructions.
2. Start a New Application
   • Choose the appropriate application type:

Each time you desire to appear before the Planning Board, you must submit a new permit application through the Citizenserve Portal. Even if your project is ongoing, a new submission is required for each meeting. Once a new permit is successfully submitted, you will be assigned a meeting date.

• “Is this part of an existing project?”
