Start a New Application

Indicate Project Continuation
When asked if it’s part of an existing project, select “Yes” if applicable.
Upload Required Documents
Include site plans, drawings, and any supporting materials.
Pay Fees
Fees can be paid directly through the portal.
Track Your Application
Monitor review status, receive updates, and respond to comments.
🔁 ***New Permit Required for Each Planning Board Appearance ***
Each time you desire to appear before the Planning Board, you must submit a new permit application through the Citizenserve Portal. Even if your project is ongoing, a new submission is required for each meeting. Once a new permit is successfully submitted, you will be assigned a meeting date.
When prompted:
“Is this part of an existing project?”
✅ Click “Yes” if your application is a continuation of a previously submitted project.
This helps the Planning Department link your new submission to the ongoing project history.
